We had a great time. Very short trip for 2 days and one night. Location and view were terrific. Really enjoyed seeing the wild boars outside the hotel including the the little baby boar.
Only issue was the bathroom could be updated to make it more practical and comfortable. More

Very comfortable and well appointed room with great view of the Red Rocks and a nice balcony on which to enjoy your winter sun. Good location in Uptown Sedona so convenient for shops and some restaurants. The “complimentary” breakfast was a disappointment as involved going to reception to help oneself to a health bar, a small tub of yoghurt and what fruit was made available (apples)

Been staying here over 4 years and never again. No longer having a breakfast area, not even the restaurant next door. Pet friendly but no pet relief area. Had to walk to best western to use their pet area.

Maybe the cleaning staff had a bad day but my experience was unclean bedding.
Also if cat allergies, they have a Family of stray cats running around bc the office leaves food out for them.

I went in Dec of 2021 with my sister and neice, this hotel seems like a luxury hotel in the advertisements but is not, it was very dated and not luxury at all. It is more like a motor inn. It is located behind what my best description is a strip mall. Public restrooms in the parking lot and we were awakened by trash and deliver trucks in the mornings. If we wanted ice we had to walk over two buildings to get some. Hotel wifi was out the entire stay, pool was closed due to remodel and no hot tub either available neither of these were made known to us when we booked and no discounts were given because of this. they kept telling us everyday the wifi would be working soon, but it never did. We were expecting a package being delivered, didnt get it til end of our stay though we checked daily at the office to see if it was delivered only to find, they rarely checked their mail box where it had been sitting for days. The only thing this place had going for it was an amazing view from the deck, which several hotels on the same strip will have.

Our stay at the Orchard Inn in Sedona, Arizona was perfect.
The room was very clean, comfortable and perfectly appointed.
The view was amazing.
Georgia, at the front desk, made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in the office. She was knowledgeable and very attentive.
Kat, who also works at the front desk, was great too.
We would definitely stay here again if we return to Sedona.
