Spent a couple nights with my wife. We've stayed here before so sort of knew what to expect. Rooms are dated and could use an update. Bed was average - not super comfortable or uncomfortable. Location and parking are the best two facets about the hotel. It's great to be able to walk right down to L'Berge along the creek. More

We had a very nice stay at the Orchards Inn over the last 10 days. Pete was incredibly helpful and look after our needs. The views from the Balcony was stunning. Centrally located we had access to all the shops and food services. We would highly recommend The Orchards Inn

One of the best stays. Best location, awesome views, walking distance to the entire Uptown area. 89Agave served the best food with great service. Coffee & water dispenser in the lobby. Will definitely come back!

This is our third time staying here and we won’t stay anywhere else. The views from our room were stunning, you can park your car and walk everywhere and the rates are reasonable. Hope to come back again!

This hotel has excellent views and cozy rooms with fireplaces. Our biggest issue was the comfort. The beds were so uncomfortable and it was just loud all night with pipe noise/ neighbor noise. Overall great stay, just get new beds please.

We liked the location. The staff was very professional and friendly. they answered all of our questions we had during our stay. The air quality in our room was stale and no window to open. We had a great view of the river
