Poor layout of rooms, weird room access (behind the building, off a dark pathway), and most rooms do not have a view. If you travel with a friend who has their own room, request a connecting room, because a "room right next to yours" does not mean easy access. You have to go down the back stairs, walk the dark pathway, and go up the next stairs to your friend's room. Technically, it is next to yours, but not easy to get to. Upon check-in, there was a hard sell to attend a timeshare sales pitch. The room itself was in need of updating. TV is small, bathroom shower had hard water stains and mold. This does not live up to my idea of Hilton standards. I will find somewhere else to stay when visiting Sedona.
