If I could give this property 0 stars, I would! For a Hilton resort, it’s a disaster! Initially at check in we were tricked into a hard sell for the timeshare. Told to go to the concierge to pick up your welcome kit. This turned into a timeshare pitch. Not ok! After traveling all day, last thing I need is a sales pitch. This strategy needs to change. Checked into first room and there was a constant beep coming from the kitchen every 90 seconds. Tile in the entry was loose and cracked. It moved when stepping on it, enough to cut your feet when walking barefoot. Heard the people upstairs as if they were going to come through the ceiling. Trash outside our door. Had to move to another room. Enter the second room and the fireplace doesn’t work. There’s pubic hair all over the tub. The cabinet door in front of the kitchen sink is falling off. No laundry basket. The ice maker doesn’t work. Try to do laundry only to have the drum in the dryer separate from the machine. Never dried the clothes and the sound was horrific. Called front desk. Waited 45 mins maintenance never showed. Wet clothes is the washer sat over night. Next day maintenance tried to fix the dryer for almost 2 hours. Only to be told it’s a ‘bandaid fix’ just do light loads. The machine barely dried our clothes. The carpets were filthy! Walking around barefoot and the bottom of our teeth were black! Tons of moths in the room. Booked a room with a balcony. Room was located in the dungeon. No balcony. Had a view of dirt and a wall with the Highway of constant car noise. Voiced all these issues, Sherri said she would file a report and a manager would be contacting us the next day. Never heard a word! At check out, voiced our disappointment of everything to Ashley. She said our entire stay would be comped. These are basic amenities they did not deliver on. Never received a refund. Contacted hotel asked to speak with Ashley. Told she was in a meeting would return our call. Never did. Contacted her the next day. Ashley was very rude and disrespectful and said in a raised voiced I’ve been working at this property for 10 years and would never refund you. I would only refund the resort fee. So now she not only goes back on her word but we haven’t been refunded the resort fee either. Though these issues don’t pertain to the resort fee. Oh and did I mention the property refuses to give us a receipt! After this horrific experience, I question staying at a Hilton property, certainly never this one again! They take your money for a service you don’t receive!
