Lacking customer service all around. You do not feel welcome from most of the employees.
Upon checking in, the front desk agent seemed already not happy to check us in. She did not offer any water which I was supposed to receive (Diamond member), just said everything she had to say in 2 X speed and good-bye kind of feelings.
Next to us, there was an elderly couple who just started their2 weeks stay, having issues with their room. The couple was being nice and polite , but just telling the agent that it was different from their expectations when they booked the room. On the other hand, the front agent was so rude. She just repeated that it was not Hotel’s fault, she had no ears to hear what the elderly guy was trying to say, there was NO sympathy or NO understanding. We felt so sorry for them, who must have spent so much money for 2 weeks of hotel stay and being treated that way.
Upon checking out morning, I called the front desk to ask for later check out time. The guy just said “ there’s no late check out on same day” in very bluntly manner. No sorry, no explanation, nothing.
I will not come back here
