Firstly, let me say that the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Staff in reception are friendly and helpful. Mostly the room was well cleaned. We had one minor issue that we reported. That said, let me cover the cons. The unit we had was starting to look jaded. Kitchen cupboards were losing their finish. Some of the skirtings were scruffy. While they warn that you can't be guaranteed an apartment with a view, we ended up looking at a shipping container and a pile of empty pallets. The kitchen needs additional glass or plastic bowls. A single large glass bowl and a large stainless bowl was all there was. We were also right on the highway so traffic noise was such that we couldn't sit outside. When I mentioned it, they said that next time, ask for a Mesa or Sunset suite. Still doesn't guarantee a view but a better chance. We won't be back.

Lacking customer service all around. You do not feel welcome from most of the employees.
Upon checking in, the front desk agent seemed already not happy to check us in. She did not offer any water which I was supposed to receive (Diamond member), just said everything she had to say in 2 X speed and good-bye kind of feelings.
Next to us, there was an elderly couple who just started their2 weeks stay, having issues with their room. The couple was being nice and polite , but just telling the agent that it was different from their expectations when they booked the room. On the other hand, the front agent was so rude. She just repeated that it was not Hotel’s fault, she had no ears to hear what the elderly guy was trying to say, there was NO sympathy or NO understanding. We felt so sorry for them, who must have spent so much money for 2 weeks of hotel stay and being treated that way.

Upon checking out morning, I called the front desk to ask for later check out time. The guy just said “ there’s no late check out on same day” in very bluntly manner. No sorry, no explanation, nothing.

I will not come back here

The hotel staff are very rude and pushy. I would not recommend. There is a continual unwanted pressure to attend timeshare presentations. The staff are very pushy and aggressive. They do not understand that no means no. The condos are old and outdated. The toilets barely flush. Our condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from previous guests. Food and crumbs left on the dinning table bench. Scuffed up and damaged interior. This property does not hold up to the normal Hilton standards. Not worth the price.
