Beautiful location and grounds, but the room was sort of average and we had a couple of technical problems during our stay. All we needed was a room to sleep in, at the end of the day, so we probably should have chosen a cheaper rate somewhere else. Good location and nice staff. More

Nice Location ! Great Views Wish We were able to use the spa but did not have the time, The rooms had nice features , spend the extra and get a balcony if you think you will have time to appreciate it .Great customer service. but not impressed with their dining option.

Bed was comfortable rooms seemed very dark my husband did not like the fact we were far away from the main building and when making reservations not told this would be a possibility.

The Resort is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Everyone is so accommodating. The Chef at Willows Restaurant is absolutely 5 star. We had Thanksgiving dinner there and he put out a beautiful Thanksgiving spread that was magnificent food. We also ate there the night before we left and the food was absolutely fantastic. We had massages at the spa and they were 5 star.

Overall, my stay was great. Friendly staff, clean, good value. Loved the onsite gym and spa. Restaurant was ok - a little overpriced and small selection, but food was good. Especially the ahi tuna wantons, beef fried rice and eggs Benedict. Loved the ability to text with the staff and text to check-out. Very convenient! Grounds were beautiful and location was convenient. Would recommend!

Throughout our ten days in Arizona we had multiple last minute stays at Poco Diablo because we just kept coming back! The team was incredibly gracious; everyone from Ritchie and Philip at concierge to Kerri and Charles in the Willows restaurant. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and made our stay so memorable! The common areas and grounds were clean and spacious and you always felt like you had a little slice of heaven all to yourself. Philip even sent a complimentary cheese plate and wine to our room! Lots of on site offerings like yoga and games on the grounds. Food, cocktails and wines were great (we ate there three times!). The villas were clean with fireplaces and jacuzzis for a perfect cozy night in. I’d highly recommend Poco Diablo to anyone staying in Sedona.
