I was hesitant about this place because of the mixed reviews but we really enjoyed our stay. We had a king and villa with fireplace (not the 2 story building) and it was quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and everything was in working order. No cracks or funny smells as some had mentioned. Maybe our room was renovated? We would stay here again.More

Great location, friendly staff, clean room, and good room! My friends and I went on a hiking trip in Sedona and were so happy with our stay at Poco Diablo! After a long day of hiking, it was so nice to just swim in the pool and sit in the hot tub. No complaints at all!!

The room was adequate but not exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no microwave and they found one and sent it to the room. The robes were. Nice. The fridge was really noisy and the room made a sharp cracking noise during the night. Even the cheapest hotels include parking and WiFi, but this place charged $20 per night. Only 2 jets worked in the hot tub. It was in a very good location.

The setting is beautiful, but the rooms need some work. The tub and sink in the bathroom had large cracks and tiles were missing. Also, the room did not have a safe. Breakfast was good but not the dinner. It was a busy time and they were understaffed. We waited a long time for our dinner and were disappointed when it came. My portion was tiny and my husband's was not what he ordered. They told us we could hike right from the hotel, but that wasn't the case.

Hospitality Failure! Everyone we met at the front desk was friendly and gracious; that is where the hospitality ended at this self proclaimed “ resort and spa”
Denied room service non functional room phones no room directory or bell service leaking on the floor bathroom faucet 1980’s last time this room was refurbished, new floor for dogs; horrible experience

Pet friendly rooms are old and needs a lot of work, they need to clean them better smelled dog urine somewhere in the room. Toilet was about to fall off, very disappointed and won’t go back. For the pricing I wouldn’t recommend it.
