Location is what this hotel has to offer. Close to most shops and dining all in walking distance. Hotel was clean, rooms could use a little updating, but service was good, and breakfast was perfect. No complaints!

Hotel was OK, nothing over the top. Locations of the parking lots, clubhouse amenities, and breakfast were too just disjointed from the main hotel. Fresh breakfast every morning was delicious. Mattress was comfortable, feather pillows were unsupportive. Staff was nice, Indoor pool ok. Location of this hotel to shopping was good. Hotel Provided so much up-and-down walking, although it's great exercise it provided to be inconvenient.

This will be short and sweet. Average, at best, hotel with antiquated rooms, bathrooms, and accomodation. Better than average breakfast included in room rate. The man cooking in the back and woman helping seat people both were gracious and friendly even when some guest thought their friends not staying at the hotel could just walk in and eat the breakfast without paying (WTF!!!). The view from our room was nice and overlooked the pool and offered full-on enjoyment of the scenery that has made Sedona an attraction. One must walk to a clubhouse 5 min away with your hotel towels to take advantage of the indoor and this should be highlighted more readily on the website. They don't hide it, but they also do not call it out at all either. Lastly, the rates are much more than they should be for a hotel no longer in its prime. I believe had the hotel kept up with the modernization of Sedona lodgings, then the price might ok. I would not stay here again.
