Property is older and on a very noisy highway. It was wonderfully clean and they were so very nice. Getting into and out of their parking lot is a bit challenging. The drive is steep and the traffic is moving really fast. Breakfast looked good but I only had eyes for the coffee!

The hotel is in a perfect location for weary travelers on their way to Branson, MO. The 3 hour drive goes from 4-lane to 2-lane around mountainous curves. Therefore, a night's rest before the final leg is very refreshing. There are many restaurants within a short distance and all seem to be good. The breakfast at the hotel is also very nice.

Room Tip: Many good restaurants from which to choose.

I stayed at this hotel on a weekday. It is right on Skyline Drive, and that's the main problem. Skyline Drive/U.S. 65 is on an incline right in front of the hotel and therefore trucks and some cars have to gun their engines going up the hill. It is a busy street/highway and really can affect your experience. However the noise tapers down somewhat as bedtime approaches. That, the sound of the air conditioner, and a legal over the counter sleeping medication allowed me to sleep okay.

Bed-comfy
Pillows-ample and nice
Breakfast-nice and hot (real eggs and bacon)
Staff-courteous
Room-clean
TV and wifi-worked well.

Outdoor pool closed this time of year and no fitness center. They're doing some renovations now-looks like some rooms are being painted.
