We accidentally wandered in, at first being skeptical (you need to go through stairways of a regular many apartment-house and go up to 1st floor. It didn't look that good at first, but we were tired and wanted to stay and eat. All our skepticism faded away instantly when the girl that works there was so welcoming and nice even tho she was struggling with English (and we don't speak French, Spanish or Catalan as she does), she even gave us wifi password so we used a little bit of google pictures to get to know what the menu says, when we still didn't understand after all explanations, hahah! We ordered from the daily menu where you can choose one starter (we took snails), main course (we chose huge paella, meant for at least two people as it says on the menu, but we could eat only half cause it was indeed big) and a dessert (crema catalane). Plus you could choose a drink for free if you order this daily menu and we took liter of sangria! And that's all for only 15 eur per person!!! And it was very very delicious! Highly recommend! Don't let the first impression about the building trick you! ;)
Gràcies! :)

My family - 5 adults, had eaten the menu.
It was well cocked and the Spanish taste was all over. All of the dishes was big and generas.

I think people do not really know about this restaurant. We tried it, because we stayed in a hotel right next to it and were very pleased with the discovery. Homely cooked food, with a grandma touch and very reasonable prices. The food is very good quality and the amount served is big. Menus are good and generous, be sure you will end up quite full if you finish it all. I would advise everyone to try this place, for the price and the good food, and home wine was good too!

After trying another restaurant that was full, we came across this restaurant which we have read on Tripadvisor. It was empty, totally empty. We were in doubt at first (if it is empty it is not good). Luckily we decided to give it a try. They were closing the following day for vacations but they were there serving whomever decided to enter. We were the only ones, the full evening. Choice was limited since they were closing the following day, but whatever they had was good local food. Service was very kind. People don't know what they are missing.

The trickiest part of this restaurant is figuring out when it is open. It's worth the wait though (it opens at 08:00 pm). This is definitely a locals place--menus are in French and Spanish only (no English) but easy enough to figure out. The daily menu for 15 euros is a bargain and we enjoyed every bite, from goat cheese salad to grilled lamb chops to Creme Catalan.
