Stayed in nearby Corrimal for two weeks and found this Café whilst on a bike ride. Like most Cafes that we used in our two weeks, this was as good as any of them. In fact I never found a bad café.
This one is overlooking the Bulli Beach Pool, so you have a decent view whilst you are eating and drinking.
We only had a coffee and two of the speciality ice creams at $8. They took a while to come, but they were worth it. Coffee was decent and like other cafes complimentary bottles of ice cold water were readily available.

Right over the beach with an amazing view and sea breeze the morning we were there. Relaxed and buzzing. Great menu and large servings.

I love this place. The view is amazing and the food is always tasty and fresh. I think it’s kinda expensive compared to similar places but I’d gladly pay that extra money for the view. I’ve been to Bulli beach cafe at least 40 or fifty time over the past 3 years and I never get bored of it.

At the time of our visit, there were very heavy winds and only the brave ventured onto the exposed areas or the beach-facing veranda. The impression was that it was chaotic while being very busy. There is a self-ordering and collecting system (not my favourite!). Eventually we got a table for four. Although the food was fine - flathead or salmon fillet and chips, spinach/ pumpkin seed/feta and pine nut salad - the environment is just too noisy to be able to make yourself heard. The noise bounces off the walls. It's obviously a good place for families with kids, but not for adults wanting a quiet chat! The glasses and water bottles could do with a proper wash, and the plates have an unfortunate brown spot pattern, that makes the dishes look messy.

A group of ladies decided to have an early dinner at Bulli Beach Cafe, which is available on a Friday and Saturday night. The location is wonderful, with plenty of parking. Unfortunately the staff were quite rude and dismissive . The food was average and the venue extremely noisy. Inside the dining room there was constant noise echoing from the chairs on cement flooring to the point that we could barely hear each other .
