Went here for lunch with our motorcycle group. Most of us had the chicken and dumplings (better than my mom used to make!), and fresh out of the oven cornbread! SO GOOD! Had to take our peach cobbler and cherry cobbler back to our room because we were so full! Cobbler was also fantastic!

Thank Pam K

Didn't want beans or cornbread but they have a varied menu. Owner is the cook and the food is home made. Had the beef brisket sandwich with chips, pickles, coleslaw. Delicious. Not a fancy place but you can park at the door which is terrific in Eureka Springs. Will return and try other items. The soups looked wonderful and prices are reasonable.

The service was very good, as well as the food. It's a great and relaxing place to have lunch. There is also a leather shop next door which you won't want to miss.

We stopped here for lunch and had cornbread and soup. The soup was okay but the cornbread tasted like it had old lard in it - very rancid. We ate the soup but left the cornbread after one bite. Won't be back.

We are sorry to hear that was your experience dining with us. Although we aim to please, we cannot please everyone. I can assure you we use only fresh ingredients. We hope you reconsider and give us a try again in the future. Perhaps, try the chicken salad. It's delicious.
