Been going to Eureka Springs for more than 30 years but had never made it to Gaskins Cabin until December 2010. Don't know why. Maybe because it was a few miles out of town and there's so many good places to eat that we were never up for venturing out the highway but, no more. We'll be eating here on every trip.
Prime rib is the best. Wife has the Salmon and dreams about it. Fair prices compared to some of the other 'upscale" restaurants but the food here is better. Better value on the drinks as well.
