A lunch was included here after a helicopter ride we had got on DealRush. Myself and my mam got quesadillas and they were absolutely to die for. Massive portions of food and all of it really tasty. The design of the place is really lovely, I'd say evening meals and drinks would be really lovely here too.

This has become a regular for lunch with my wife and toddler daughter in recent times. Not hard to figure out why. Just good fresh food. Most of the time we have a sandwich, maybe some chips or a bowl of soup and a tea or coffee. They have lovely dinner specials but for what we do be looing to have its perfect. One very, very minor thing Id say is that it does be so busy that once waitress has taken your order...brings it back to the table....if you need anything extra after that, it can sometimes be hard to catch the girls eye and make a request but I mean all the staff are super friendly and the food is out with you very quick from the time its ordered. I love seeing places like this doing well. Décor is really good and I believe they doe a tapas night with Spanish guitar music on maybe a Thursday night. Definitely try this some night. Keep up the excellent work GFP

If you are looking for a special night out get yourself to this fabulous restaurant in downtown Swords for their brilliant Tapas evenings. With wonderful ambiance, soft live music, friendly staff and a great tapas menu at a reasonable price its the perfect night out.I started with the Patatas Bravas and pan fried Chorizo followed by Pancetta wrapped Chicken skewers, sweet roast pepper & chive creme fraîche, followed by there Beef and Chorizo meatballs, with homemade herb & tomato sauce. Ican only say these were the best Tapas I have ever had 10/10.
The Tapas menu is quite large so I will leave the rest of the selection a secret until you visit but be warned book your table before you go as this super food emporium gets very busy. Brian

Went to Gourmet Food Parlour Swords for Sunday brunch, couldn't believe how busy it was. Every table was full throughout our leisurely brunch. The staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly. The menu had lots of choice, everything we had was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Pomegranate juice was really thirst quenching, have been craving it ever since! The coffee and cakes were scrumptious too. Would highly recommend Gourmet Food Parlour and really wish there was one in Galway so I could visit weekly!

The restaurant has a lovely feel about it. It is usually quite busy, giving it a nice atmosphere. Even so, you can linger for as long as you like to chat, and maybe enjoy one of their fabulous desserts.
The menu has lots of healthy tasty options, which seem to all be made on site. The food is cooked fresh, and they also have an extensive menu of imaginative sandwiches.
