Stayed here on Saturday night. Room was large and conmfortable. Leisure Centre was spacious and immaculate. Are in the restaurant which was tasty and great value for money. Only criticism is that there was a large party of diners at one table who were quite raucous (enjoying themselves) and despite the massive dining room (and there was only one other table occupied), we were seated right beside the larger group of diners. Minor problem only. The rest of the stay was really without fault.

Nice hotel in a nice part of the world, just outside the town. When you enter the car park there are a couple of restaurants one being a Chinese. We didn't eat here but they looked nice and nice to have a different choice close by.

Reception is lovely with very friendly staff.
Bar is nice most of the staff were very friendly With a small exception but we didn't have many dealings with.
Breakfast is lovely, nice big room and plenty of choice
Bedrooms are perfect apart from two issues below, clean and clean bathrooms.
Pool area and spa are lovely and all clean too.

Now we had two issues which for us were big issues, firstly the heat in the bedroom was unbearable, open the window and there's too much noise, there is no controls just heat pumped into the room. Second the bed should be thrown out it was probably the worst bed I have ever not slept on, it was so uncomfortable so squeaky just a horrible horrible bed, neither of us slept a wink. We also had friends stay the same night and they said the exact same thing so it looks like a common thing throughout. Maybe time to change the beds.

Over all a nice hotel, if these two issues were addressed it would probably get a high 4 star from me.

I have been at conferences and meetings in this hotel before but only recently stayed here because the price is normally quite high and beyond what I think is value for money. However, there was a good price recently when attending a conference and I booked in the night before.

The rooms were good, the breakfast was good and the staff were good.
I didn't get to visit the leisure facilities (unfortunately)... maybe next time.

I will stay here again if the price is right.

Room Tip: Have a look at the pricing range for this and neighbouring hotels. Sometimes this hotel has deals, sometimes the other hotels have deals

Good place to stop for lunch, hotel is just off the N4. Lots of choice on the menu. Speedy service and very friendly staff. Very comfortable restaurant and lobby area. It was a pity that the machine to make latte's and cappuccino was out of order.
