Arrived late at night and staff were great at reception. The rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need (we bought our own kettle and cups) and the bidet is ideal for keeping the milk cool for drinks. We have a hugs terrace balcony and tv channels for the news first thing in a morning. For what the hotel charges you can not complain.
The pool is good just make sure you chose the beds behind the gate for the longest in the sun. Only down side is the place is a maze of corridors that you will get used too, but not complaining as the price is really good.

Room Tip: Use the train from the airport as it is cheaper (€5.40 for 2 of us) and far quicker than a transfer

nice clean hotel. But I could not sleep because there is no sound insulation not even primitive. it is same that I slep on the aisle. there was no water in the automat so nice in the middle of the night to be thirsty. location of the hotel is perfect.

CeWelcoming and very helpful reception staff who organized a fixed price taxi transfer back to the Airport for us in the middle of the night. First class housekeeping - the bed linen and towels were changed on a daily basis and the rooms left as one would hope to find them on first arrival every day. Ideally situated for Metro and beach, about 300m from each. Quiet despite central location. Pool a bit small for size of hotel. Absolutely no complaints

We had a lovely stay at Las Rampas. A short walk to the beach an restaurants. Drop a star due to cleaners walking past our room at 8 am on both mornings and their trolley rumbling over the tiled floor waking us up after too much vino.

Most of the rooms wouldn't have this problem but we were in the central area close to the reception.

Stayed here for a week in late september, a party of 12 for a weeks golf in spain. Hotel is in a great central location, bit of a rabbit warren but very clean, rooms good size, staff excellent, pool on roof good also, only downside no bar, but plenty to choose from nearby. Breakfast is payable each morning for 8 euro which was great for us before heading off to golf each morning. Would recommend for all ages couples, groups etc very good well use it again.

Room Tip: room 262 looks out onto internal plaza/ courtyard with waterfall
