we went here after visiting Hereford. A lovely hidden Jem. the garden stretches out and it feels really homely. this is something I have always wanted to see and it is really unique. All the staff are great; especially Jemima Parry-Jones. She is a lovely lady who really knows her stuff! I would come back for the night flights with owls and mulled wine!

A really informative day. Lots of displays with excellent commentary and info. We enjoyed walking around the centre at our own pace and had a picnic by the pond which was fab! A fab day out with enthusiastic staff

Took 18 month old grandchild who lost interest half way around as to him all the birds looked the same! Lovely setting and grounds and I am sure on a dry warmer day play area and woodland walk would be lovely. Downside Expensive entrance for 3 adults and not cheap in the cafe.. the highlight were the flight demonstrations with very informative and friendly staff. If you like birds of prey then visit recommended

spent most of the day there and watched 2 flying displays - the finale of the 2nd display was fantastic where they had 4 birds of prey flying together with the handlers throwing the food up into the air and them catching it. Jemima was very funny on her displays.
Lunch menu quite limited ito Jacket spuds, soups or sausage rolls but very nice. If you dont like dogs sitting watching you eat your dinner there is a room available that is dog free, there are 4 "house" labradors that have free access everywhere.

As the title suggests, the place itself is great, however staff dropping stuff into conversations including 'We couldn't survive here by ourself so unfortunately we have to let the public in' took the shine off the day. Shame, as the birds, flying displays and 99% of other staff were great.
