The inn is great as far as location because it is close to a main road and also has a good view. The design and layout is quaint and homey and their restaurant/dining area is the same. Staff is pleasant as well. Our room was on the ground floor which had a back door that when you open, opens to a dirty balcony. I REALLY wish they kept the door locked where I could not have opened it and seen it - broken pots, empty bottles and if the person next door is not a good person, you'd be exposed to him too because there are no barriers. That door, when opened changed my whole perspective of the inn, it was kinda creepy because no sunlight could make it to "the balcony".

We just stayed overnight, there were almost no guest but us, so the place is quiet. The place is nice and cozy, underground style of rooms. The rooms are still new, the CR is great, heater is working fine and the tiles are clean.

Inside the room, I was bothered by the pillows' smell, the pillow cover smells fine but the actual pillow foam smells sweat.

Breakfast was simple, no special recipes, also local brands were used like the ham, bread, and margarine. The coffee on the other hand is great! The coffee made our breakfast special.

Overall the big upset we had in this hotel is the smelly pillows and no foot rug or mat in the CR. Other than that all is fine and expected from a budget hotel. :)

We keep coming back here whenever we are at Tagaytay. They offer clean rooms, comfortable bed, and great food! This is our go-to place when we want to recharge from a stressful week. Their fast internet is a plus especially when we opt here for our business trip.
This place is also quiet and great for solo travelers.
The staff are very accommodating to their client needs.
Hope they can offer buffet breakfast too. :)

We were initially booked to a different hotel but due to our hotel of choice's incapacity we ended up here. Unexpectedly this hotel was nice and quiet. Away from the noise and crowded atmosphere of tagaytay. In addition to that, the staff were extraordinarily accommodating and pleasant to us especially the night guard on duty. It may not be as modern as the other hotels, but I wouldn't mind staying in this hotel again.

The place is very easy to locate, the view is great. The rooms are dirty, i don't think they clean the bathrooms and they don't change the sheets. I noticed that they have 1 cleaning staff for the whole place. As a traveler, I would not recommend this place. The price is expensive for what they offer. The breakfast is limited, internet sucks and the lack of staff really threw me off. The management is too cheap to hire people to maintain the place, as per staff they are underpaid. To the owner of this place, you should check the bathrooms and let them use Clorox to clean it to remove the smell of urine.
