Very good. Lovely comfortable bed. Staff also very friendly. Nice pub restaurant next door. Nice countryside close by. What you would expect from Premier Inn. Cooked breakfast was nice and tasty but a bit expensive.

We stayed here whilst working at the Detling Fair and were so happy we booked this hotel. Clean and comfy rooms and friendly check in service. We had dinner and breakfast the pub next door - the food was delicious and again fantastic service in particular from Hayley and Lindsay. Next time we are here for the vintage fair we'll definately book in again.

I booked this hotel for 4 nights but had to leave early due to a terrible smell in the room there was also a bad smell in the hall way prob coming from the rooms next door. I reported this every morning I left for work but nothing was done i reported it to guest relations via email to then be told a month later I did not email in.
I had to Pay a bit extra and stay somewhere else in the end shocking service

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting family nearby. Had a nice stay and pub next door nice. Complying with covid cleaning. Only downside was that there is no air con in the room and our room was very hot and needed fan on all night as well as windows open. Would stay again

Unfortunately, we didn’t stay as breakfast is not currently being served.

We were aware that some hotels are not serving breakfast at the moment, so made sure to book one that was. Travelling with children, a breakfast box for 3 mornings isn’t really ideal. We were able to book breakfast online, hence completing a booking for this hotel.
On arrival we were informed that we shouldn’t have been able to book breakfast, as only boxes were being provided at the moment. Although it may seem small, this is a dealbreaker for us.

We had to reevaluate our stay and found a new Premier Inn nearby. Despite the complication, a big thank you to the lady on reception for helping us to rectify and offering a refund! With that, all staff we encountered were incredibly friendly!

Only book if a breakfast isn’t a dealbreaker for you!
