We have just returned from two weeks at Melia Punta Cana Beach Resort. No faults at all. Our stay was perfect thanks to a team of wonderful, caring staff.
I'd like to particularly thank two people:
1. Gloria in Guest Services
2. Felix in Guest Services

Both went over and beyond to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt like we had our own personal concierge :)

WhatsApp communication made everything so simple!
Thank you Gloria and Felix - you were both wonderful and my family and I will always be grateful. xx

Room tip: Request rooms close to the pool - not by reception

We had a fantastic time at Melia at The Level.
Yamel was assigned to look after all our needs. He helped in organising our day trips and restaurant bookings.
We had issues with our room as the shower was not working properly, Yamel got that fixed straight away after we told him.
During the stay we had issues with our mini bar and cleaning of the room we encountered Yamel got it sorted.
Yamel made our vacation absolutely fantastic, thank you Yamel for your excellent service!

Stayed at the Level Melia resort Punta Cana , the resort was like paradise..food was mediocre, we had a few issues with shower in the room ..which was quickly resolved by Yamel our personal butler, who made sure our visit was stress free . If u visit make sure u ask for Yamel.

An upgrade that improves the experience to an extraordinary level, with access to private areas of the hotel, pool, and beach, in-room butler service, and personalized concierge service as experienced. As for your impressions, our rooms are subject to revisions from our maintenance and housekeeping departments. We deeply lament that your room was affected by the eventualities described, as a result, you have obtained a negative impression of our services. Your observation has been shared with our management as an area of opportunity that we must verify and make amends to ensure that no future guest experiences it. However, we are glad to know that Yamel addressed the situation promptly to our maintenance team, who solved the matter to your satisfaction.

Concerning the gastronomic offer, its design involves an analysis that includes the preferences, lifestyles, and tastes of our potential customers to ensure that the product fulfills guests' expectations. The resort itself was so clean and well maintained. So aesthetically calming and beautiful. Our room was in the level area right by the beach/ pool and we had amazing exclusivities with our stay.

The restaurants were so well put together, food was delicious and so well plated. Even the buffets had so many options. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember.

Yamel assisted us with everything we needed, from restaurant bookings, to helping my fiancé plan our engagement!! :) It was a dream!
