The service was very basic. There was no bell boy to help us with the luggage. The only assistance we received was from the reception to show us where the luggage cart was. The cart was not fitting the elevator until it was put sideways with all its weight from the luggage. This made it extremely difficult to remove from the lift and bring it to our door. Of course the same happened upon our departure.
Next to this, the breakfast was of very low quality compared to other hotels in Greece in the same class but sometimes even more competitive price level. For example, the croissants were far from what any guest would expect from a croissant. Coffee which is one of the most important parts of anyone's start of the day was UNACCEPTABLE. No option to order, greek or any other type of coffee.
Noteworthy, that we were not asked how our stay was, which is usual in even the most basic accommodations around the world. This shows a lack of interest in the guest's experience and is not up to the hospitality we are used to in Greece.
I would like to mention a few positive things, like the room's cleanliness and the close proximity to the major locations like the city center and the beach.More
