Seamless shuttle service to the hotel and great check-out experience. After a long day filled with a lay over traveling with two kids I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and comfortable night. By the way, the waffles were awesome the next morning. Great complimentary breakfast as well. My family thanks you.

We were there for all of five hours (12:30 AM - 5:30 AM), after arriving late into SFO. There is nothing at all remarkable about this hotel, but we did take note of the bath fixtures being loose (particularly the plate around the shower valve). The shared shuttle is a total and complete failure; it stops at midnight (although to the credit of the hotel, they paid for a cab), and in the morning it stops at not one - but TWO - more hotels on the way back to the terminal. The people are friendly enough at the hotel, and the gentleman who made our reservation (who was gone by the time we arrived) was unusually helpful and friendly. I did not - and WOULD NOT - try the robot, as I am categorically opposed to anything which takes a job from a human.
The price was fine - can't really speak to sleep quality because with five hours total, perhaps we slept two and a half. There is construction going on; didn't bother us. Spruce it up a bit, and it would be a very convenient place near SFO. Next time, I will Uber.

This hotel has a good shuttle service, is quiet and is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants

The staff has different ways of asking for a "10" rating.

One is a delightful little robot that bring you complementary water with a note asking for a "10" but can be overlooked because of the unique novelty.

The convenience store is stocked from Costco and very pricy which can be expected because of the isolated area and no 7-11 style store close

The people are friendly and professional

If you are traveling to San Francisco for business or pleasure, the Hampton Inn of Burlingame is the place to stay. Close to the airport, shuttle service, free breakfast, and a short walk to BART to explore all of the excitement of downtown San Francisco. It has been incorporated into our yearly trip to Maui! It makes coming home a little easier!

I've been a Hilton Diamond member for 14 years and spend over 100 nights a year in a Hilton brand hotel. I get that the occasional curly-q is going make its way past the maids. The shower in this place looked like someone had bathed a dog in it. I documented 4 hairs in the bathroom alone along with a massive leaf by the toilet. I reported it to the management the next morning and they assured me it would be fixed. I returned and somehow they got two of the four and missed the leaf - despite having two inspections for the Housecleaning Supervisor. I again fussed at them and despite inviting them to join me to see for themselves, they never showed. For $280 a night, i expect to not have to bathe with remnants from others. It took several calls, a call to the Hilton Diamond desk, but they finally honored their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Management in this hotel has an issue and they don't respects guests, even diamond members. Go to the any other hotels in the area or bring a lint brush.
