Fun to watch the birds a little bit of wildlife next to concrete jungle. Loved watching the birds from the trail.

Plane watching with a dose of birds. This is an ideal walking path. Plenty to view. Perhaps also toss in people watching. The trail has a diverse group of walkers. Just a great deal of fun.

nice promenade along the water. The picturesque views really depend on the season. Late fall is when not that much water, so the view is rather sad. Better come in spring and summer. The weather is usually windy there. Some restaurants on the way. Lots of birds!

The sanctuary is on the Bay Trail, very close to the airport. We were amazed at the variety of birds, predominantly coastal, far more than we saw anywhere else in the States. Watching over 20 pelicans repeatedly dive on a school of fish was a highlight. This is a real must for any twitcher!

Walk, run, bike or meditate along the bay. Great views of the entire bay, with stilts, seagulls, pelicans, egrets and herons. Very near the Embassy Suites, but it can be reached from either direction on the Bay Trail.
