Terrible bartender lady named Terry! Completely unprofessional and screaming at the server. Calabasas is known for a prestigious neighborhood and to have someone like her makes for bad business. I’ve been visiting this bar several times since I’m a local and never encountered anything like that. She needs to go!
Terrible bartender. Didn’t know how to make drinks and yelled at the staff. The food was great, though, and the other staff were super nice. The bartender’s name was Terry and the other staff apologized on her behalf. Not cool. Get rid of bad employees and bring back the previous bartender Erik

This hotel is a hidden gem! Very clean, very comfortable! The staff was incredible and very accommodating. We came in for my sister in laws wedding and we did a cocktail hour in the hotel bar. Terri was AMAZING!! She was very attentive and an excellent bar tender! She helped make the bride to be feel so special with a special drink and she was so kind and talked to everyone. Can’t thank Terri enough for all she did! Chelsea, Edgar and Tyler were also very helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!!

500 per night for a hotel by the freeway ? Feels more like a holiday inn. Across from 2 gas stations. This thing is in the place of no where. Sure it’s in calabasas but there is nothing around. And it’s 30 min from actual Malibu. False advertising. I don’t want to sound vein. But put some people that are easier on the eyes at front desk. For 500 I would expect either valet. Or even free parking. And not see the girl at front desk cutting coupons when I arrived. Or yell to the back “ we have checkins”.

Excellent Customer Service from Edgar - if you have any issues, you can get them resolved immediately w/the staff @ Choice Hotel's Cambria Calabasas - that in and of itself makes the stay 5 star in addition to resorting @ this beautiful property!
