I come to the spa about twice a year. Would come more often if time permitted. It's such a relaxing place to visit. The rooms are well maintained, love having the kitchenette so we can cook. The large 2 person shower is great. The pools are super and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Walking around town is interesting, so many little shops to visit. A grocery store is available if you need anything. They have a great variety. During the summer at the park, very close by, they have music concerts Just bring a blanket and a beverage.

Room Tip: I like to stay on the 2nd floor. I can look out to see the pools.

The room had everything we needed (little kitchenette) was clean,
It was very close to the pools. relaxing atmosphere.
Close to downtown Calistoga and the wineries.
We had a really fun time.
I will definitely go back soon.

Room Tip: I liked the downstairs due to accessibility issues. This was fine but I could hear upstair activity around 10:00 PM.

My girlfriends and I have been coming to Calistoga Spa and Hot Springs for 33 years! We love the resort and all of the amenities! Their service is impeccable! The staff is courteous and professional! The grounds are beautifully maintained and the prices are reasonable!

Large rooms with a 2 burner kitchenette was perfect for us. The pools are large enough to have a bit of privacy and quiet if you’d like - but small enough to make new friends if you want to. Nice tables with camping grills outside the rooms for a good steak if you’d like. An adults only pool at one end - and a lap pool on the other. Pools close in time to get a good nights sleep. They need a better parking guide - it was confusing, disorienting and just too difficult in the dark when all we really wanted was to settle in.

For the most part we loved our stay here! Our room was up to date, and we thought quite roomy. Felt clean, and had all the basic amenities one would need. I loved the big shower, but the water pressure could be a little better. We didn’t cook but the extra counter space in the little kitchen area was nice! The bed was on the hard side, but that’s ok. We had a nice view of the pool upstairs. Onto the pools- we loved all the pools. Plenty of outdoor chairs and tables. The fire pit was really a nice added touch. The pools could probably use a quick afternoon cleaning. Some bugs floating around in them. I do think bathrobes should be offered to every room. We stayed in a queen and we were not offered robes. I even called the front desk to confirm. Kind of a bummer when you see all these other people at the pool with their robes on... location was perfect! Walked to coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Overall a good stay, and will probably stay here again I’m off season. Would not pay more then $200 to stay here though.
