Stayed for a week while snowboarding in Niseko. Great hotel, excellent service and food. Great japanese bath (onsen). Very friendly and charming owners. It is not placed sentrally in Niseko, but the owner is flexible an will drive and pick you up if you don't have a car. Higly reckommend this hotel.

I (teenager) came with my parents and older brother to stay for 4 nights and ski for 3 days. The owner, Dave, is exceptionally helpful and kind and explained to us everything we needed to know.

There is a shuttle bus that takes us to the ski resort everyday, and Dave is able to get you ski hire discounts and skiing pass discounts. He also recommended us a lovely Japanese restaurant 5 minutes drive away and got us a 10% discount.

There is a free washing machine and a private onsen that each room can book time slots for, each day. In the upstairs corridor there is also a massage chair that anyone can use. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel can also be booked.

In each room, Dave gave us a complimentary gift bag of cute Japanese snacks, a free selection of instant teas and coffee, and bottled water, a small bottle of wine and can of beer. Overall, our experience felt very personal and loving, and we can’t wait to come back again.

This hotel is a bit far from Niseko city center. We enjoyed the stay, We got total of 4 single bed room (2 beds at 2nd floor). There's private onsen which you can reserve at reception, open 3PM to midnight with fantastic view. They have huge backyard covered with fresh snow when we stayed there. We all enjoyed playing there. Very friendly staff who gave use free breakfast. Overall very enjoyable stay.

The owner , Dave was very kind and fetched us to and from the hotel to the ski areas and the service and hospitality is nothing short of first class.

Rooms were big and there is even a private onsen if you want to.

In short I would recommend the hotel!

Went for skiing in March 2016. The Inn is run by Dave san and his wife Iko San (whom he affectionately refers to as his boss).

The place was great very clean with included use of an onsen and massage chair. The food was delicious and I loved it. I looked forward to each and every breakfast and dinner that I had at the Inn. The views are also fantastic - must be wonderful in Summer as well.

You will also have a personal driver in Dave san who will drop you off at the ski lifts and pick you up when you're done.

Stayed 7 nights and did not want my holidays to end. It was such a great experience and Dave and Iko san are such lovely people. I will definitely go back there.

For the undecided - book you room now - you won't regret it! Also very good value - reasonable cost.
