Perfect for families. The staff is unbelievably accommodating and rooms were very comfortable. Gondola is immediately outside the front door. Only negative is all the food options were quite pricey. Best Hilton staff I have ever experienced.

Good service and nice onsen but rooms are stuck in 1999s budget hotel style. Rooms need a major upgrade. Get rid of small twin size beds. Only good for kids. No way to control temperature in the room.

COVID changed everything and I was kinda sad to see whats going on around niseko area. bars and izakaya is closed due to COVID circumstance. Hilton niseko village works harder to prevent infections. so customers may feel inconvenience and bored. try to avoid contacts others, not talk louder, wearing mask, solo travel to reduce the risks, but i saw some people dont care about it.
big change of customers quality ( i know that hotels cant choose customers)
what i really feel sorry was closing bars and restaurants.
but one thing doesnt change, staff provide great services 24 hours. i would like to thank you and please dont give up.

Stayed here again, becoming a very regular guest. Despite the clear drop in volume, the staff keeps exceeding all guest expectations and delivers always the best service. Clearly the best place to stay with very convenient ski valet and direct access to the gondola. The hotel onsen is a great experience and they manage it very well with limiting it to max 30 pax. We saw some good changes at breakfast time with better presentation and variety. Remember that the Teppan Grill is still available with Teservations in advance and again the experience is superb.
Noticed that the rooms have sticker sealed in the door when you check in and seams it guarantees you nobody else has entered it before after cleaning and indeed this gives you some sense of very high hygiene levels. Even the TV remove has a wrapping around it so it was desinfected before.
Will come back soon....

The hot springs certainly are a great way to wind down after a day skiing the slopes.

Great choice for family skiing vacation. Hotel has cool facilities to keep your skiing equipment. Lifts and rental just around the corner. Thank you, concierge Chis, for providing a great service in returning our equipment, booking restaurant and transportation. Week done :)
Good breakfast, Onsen, Free shuttle to another slopes, green tracks just at the hotel doors.
Highly recommended.
