The hotel is directly connect to the ski slope, is so convenient for ski players. The hotel breakfast is very good and you can enjoy the nice view of the ski slope from the restaurant. Room was clean and spacious for 3 guests.

Room was clean and spacious. Our room faced the carpark but since it was winter, it was a really nice snowy sight.
Dinner buffet spread was kind of disappointing for the price but the restaurant offers a great view of the ski resort. Table service was however quite bad as the staff did not bother to clear the plates until we left.
Onsen was small but pretty decent.
It is not ski season so room rate is very reasonable. Rooms are very spacious but heater is too strong so one has to open the windows at night to let the cool air getting in. Buffet dinners served in the hotel are yummy esp the beef and soup noodles with chicken pieces. The ski drive is still covered by snow and taking a picture with the ski-lift is nice.

The best slope in niseko coupled with the convenience of being able to ski in and out. The hotel gives you a locker So u can stash your belongings and ski gear at the lockers before u head out or get in from the snow. Lunch buffet is always worthwhile in there. Udon and Soba highly recommended. Take note though it's not a very exclusive hotel as other skiiers who don't live there can go in and out as casually as your good self. Room size is not very big and may need refurbishing. Toilets are tiny in my opinion. However... The convenience trumps it all.
High price for regular service and very disappointed by closing the all week of the men outdoor onsen, one of the main reason we choose this place.
The hotel is at the edge of Niseko site, so takes always longtime to commute by bus to other place , especially when upper lifts are closed and make impossible to commute by upper ski slopes, therefore you have to use city bus not really adapted to skier and snowboarders with their equipment;
Otherwise , very good dinner buffet and breakfast ; Personnel very helpful .
one more thing , sometime some costumers are very noisy at night, speaking loudly in the corridor;
For ski traveller who wish to have ski in &out hotel , niseko northern resort annupuri is one of the best in niseko area with good outdoor onsen and food . The room is standard japanese size with western design . The restaurant is good with lots of good wines choices . This is a very good resort and this is one minute to ski out to gondola of annupuri.
