This place was super quiet especially right next to the freeway and the truckstop off of I-5. I would highly recommend this place.

It's a pull-through and made life super easy. Our little travel trailer was small compared to all the other RVs.

They are super clean and the staff are super nice. Because of the customer service and the cleanliness, I would book this again.

To go grocery shopping, we drove 20 mins. to Coalinga and their supermarket has the best vegetables. Also, it was super affordable.

Room tip: If you have a dog, select the one on the last row. You can walk your dog in the Peach grove for a potty break.

My husband stayed here for a year and we (our girls and I) stay 2 months of the year. The pool was clean and open. The laundry area was clean and new machines. Is a very quiet place to stay even that we were not the only family everyday was very quiet and peaceful. Every site have there own picnic table. The sites are long enough for our RV (32feet) plus our truck to park. For long stay monthly is $525 plus power. Wifi is really good. Our 3 girls did virtual classes without no problem. The staff are very attentive to help every way they can. We met the owner and she was a delightful meeting. Around 20 minutes you can get to downtown Coalinga and find Walgreens, Taco Bell, Little Caesar, Burguer King, Dollar General, Save Mart and few more. If you want Walmart and other stores they are around 45 minutes away from the park. You will get to highway 5 ( south and north) in minutes driving from the park. Really recommend it for family, couple or solo people.

I was here before and it was a good value at $35. Stopped in again and....now $55/nite PLUS $2.50 booking fee for the priveledge of using their software! NOTHING has changed! Sites are still outdated and uneven gravel, pools are still closed (they were closed before covid hit) laundry is limited due to OUT OF ORDER machines! I didnt pay this much for a site in a gorgeous park in NASHVILLE! It appears they have updated showers but bathrooms are the same AND...I DON'T USE THEM! No other price breaks, i.e. water/elect only...ridiculous. They lost my biz...

We are very sorry you had a bad experience. We did increase prices for longer sites, but the rates for smaller sites remain unchanged. We also have removed our $35 camping sites to have a bigger community area to be used by our valued RV customers. We charge a booking fee for on-line and phone reservations to cover the cost for our new booking software that allows you to make reservations online 24/7 and even enables you to check in online at any time using your phone, tablet, or computer. In addition, we added high speed internet, brand new commercial laundry machines, and now have completed the remodel of both men and women bathrooms. We feel that our pricing is in line with other parks in the vicinity and we are giving discounts to military personnel and Good Sam members. Our pools were also remodeled last year. We realize that you may have visited the park when some of these amenities were not available due to remodeling and therefore we offer you a loyalty discount when you visit the park next time.

I give Almond Tree Oasis 4 Stars only because they are in the middle of nowhere and there isn't much to see from the site. Although I knew this when I booked a couple of nights for a shake-down run for a new travel trailer. The place was convenient for me as it was only an hour from home and a great place for this maiden voyage. Almond Tree was as advertised, clean, friendly and welcoming. It's hot during the summer, but I might just make a short run out that way again when the weather cools.
Truckstop and fuel next door with a Subway and Baja Fresh.

Room tip: All sites are more or less the same. We stayed next to the pool

They say they can take big rigs, but the sites are short and very narrow (rough if you have slides on both sides). Our 41ft fifth wheel was left hanging into the road. I confirmed this was the site and they insisted this was for big rigs (which cost more). We came through in January and were in a site that was slightly longer. PRICE HIKE! Raised prices and now based on length. January we came through and it was $40, but this week raised to $55! We thought $40 a night was a little high for VERY tight spaces and trashy full time residents with no amenities, but was convenient. Now there are less amenities (bathroom closed and no wi-fi). I don't mind no amenities, but don't expect to pay this much. If you do stay, gas station is close, 1 mile off highway, good Verizon signal. But, we won't be back this place has no added value and seems like a misguided rate hike. At $55, we'll keep rolling down the road.

Room tip: Keep going, there are better RV Parks for the money

We apologize for the inconveniences that you suffered during your stay. We have recently taken ownership of the park and are working our hardest to renovate old infrastructure and amenities. We adjusted prices to tiered pricing based on site length. The new pricing is also in response to the upgrades we are doing and have put into place. Our west shower house and laundry room were both closed for renovations. We anticipated them being done quickly, however, due to previous plumbing negligence it took longer.

We also realize the WiFi was not working when you came, we have had a very hard time bringing in high speed internet to this more remote area. However, we have finally found success and we are able to offer all of our guests high speed internet. A premium WiFi option is planned for June, for HD streaming.

We will have completely renovated the Men’s West bathrooms and shower house and will be adding brand new laundry machines coming within the month, as well as landscaping and compacted gravel on the sites. We appreciate your feedback and are working diligently with updated cleaning procedures and amenities. Our staff is also disinfecting high touch surfaces 3 times daily.

It pains us that we were not able to offer the level of service we know we can, and therefore want to offer you a 50% discount on your next stay. We hope you will give us another chance.
