I haven't been here in a couple years, so it was nice coming back and being reminded how good the food is here. I had the pollo mole, and it was delicious and there was a lot of food. The sauce is what made this dish; a bit sweet, slightly spicy, and rich mole flavor. Served with tortillas, rice and beans, there was so much I could only eat less than half of the meal. It warmed up nicely in the microwave the next day. Someone else had the pork shank; it was huge and had lots of flavor. The obligatory chips and salsa were good, also. Our server was friendly and efficient and had good menu recommendations.
