Over the past couple of weeks, I've had brunch at Meet in Paris and it is fantastic. It has become a very popular place for weekend brunch, so make a reservation. Their reservation system is connected with Yelp which requires you to provide a credit card as a guarantee, but no charges are booked to your card.

The bottomless mimosas, champagne, bloody marys are a big plus. But the food is fantastic. One one visit I devoured "The Norwegian" - which is Eggs Benedict with salmon. On the second visit I enjoyed the salmon omelet and also shared the profiteroles among my dining partners.

On both occasions Denise was our server - and she did a fantastic job with a sense of humor.

Just around the corner from the Kirk Douglas Theatre, this French restaurant almost transports you to Paris. On a Wednesday night prior to attending a play we took advantage of their "all you can eat mussels" ($29.95 per person). They were very good with an extensive selection of broths to try. The service was quick and staff very helpful. The pleasant outdoor heated patio made this a pleasant dining experience that made us remember dining in Paris a few years ago.

The atmosphere hits the nail when it comes to the ambiance of a typical cafe in Paris.
The food was good and plenty. But I was really impressed with the staff; they handled all the chaos of a cramped space, people talking very loud and enjoying their bottomless mimosas, and impatient diners waiting to get in..There was six of us and all enjoyed our breakfast except one..

We had a reservation for 7:00 p.m. and our table was ready when we arrived. We were a party of four, and it was a lovely evening, so we ate outside. We all placed different orders: Salmon, Duck, Chicken, Crab, and everything was delicious. The service was very good, with very friendly waiters. All in all, a very good evening. Our bill for four with wine, food, and tip was $200.

Ambiance definitely brings back memories of Paris. Quaint and small but definitely delivers in food flavor and variety of wine selection. Bit pricey but worth the experience.
