I recently facilitated a two day meeting at the UC Davis Hyatt Place. I was extremely impressed with the high quality of customer service provided by every staff member. Given they cater to business travelers and are not a full service hotel, I was impressed with the cross functional skills of the staff. The front desk staff were not just front desk..they worked the cafe..."business office" and even the meeting rooms. Joaquin was extremely attentive and helpful in making sure our A/V was set and ready to go...and also helping to get me an evening snack. Kristin ensured our overall meeting needs were met, including a last minute change where she set up tables outside herself to accommodate our breakout sessions. Amazing service.
My room was very comfortable, clean and accommodating.
