The flavors, freshness, spices, and the wonderful service reminded me of eating in Old Jeruselem! If the owner is there, he will greet you personally, will help with menu selections if you need them, and if very open to gently educating those of us unfamiliar with Middle Eastern customs and food choices. The lamb dishes are fabulous! Don't skip the beautiful homemade bread, and indulge in the best hummus this side of Mecca! The arabic style coffee is wonderful!!!!

Let customer wait for nothing. Nonsense. Do not go there if you are very hungry. We went for business lunch. Waited for sometime. Nobody even ask us or even pay attention. Very discouraging

This is authentic Iraqi food!! It is delicious and very large portions. And the prices are unbelievably low. They have a meal for a group that is called The Feast. We order a Feast for Five for 8 people Or a Feast for Three for 5 or 6 people. I ordered a Greek salad and thought they brought a large...it was the $5 small....and packed full of everything fresh & delicious Everyone in our family and the friends we have taken there have loved the food. BTW- the service is very quick

This is a great restaurant with very friendly staff. Love the middle eastern menu and some of the best kabobs in town. This is also a favorite for the locals and the prices are very reasonable. Easy atmosphere for just relaxing and enjoying the food and friends.

That is what all the reviews said..the bread, yes is good. But the rest is just plain and not as it was pictured. The hummus and babaganouj were good but the shawarmas were not hot and they were very dry. No sauce. Th staff was friendly but would not make eye contact, waited forever for the bill. Then the decor..well, if you spend $60 on a mediocre lunch for two you don't want to see the wallpaper peeling off the walls..what is it with American obsession over HUGE portions..that does not make a great restaurant unless you are feeding a football team on the cheap.
