I stayed here July 2017 Business Deluxe Room. Staff were very kind and helpful. Noise issues twice and they were quick to have those individuals removed. No issues upon check in and check out. The rooms are large, A/C is good, large flat screen tv, couch, small table, two beds, curtains were heavy enough to keep the room dark if you need rest. Small kitchenette-fridge, microwave, stove. It's located close to restaurants, getting around is Eazy :) via friends, public transportation, Lyft, Uber or Taxi. I used Lyft from the airport to and from there, and it was under approx. $30.00 USD total. Parking lot was sufficient. Their cleaning staff are very nice-offered clean towels each time they knocked to see if we needed any cleaning. (They don't have any Do Not Disturb signs, so they will knock and ask). Hotel requires a lot of maintenance. Elevator and stairs are unsecured. Anyone can access the rooms-they should arrange better security. Make sure to ask for a room with a balcony, then at least you can open your curtains without people being able to walk by and see right in. Some transient people wandering/hanging around-some people there clearly not for reasons that business, family, working professionals are. Stove elements were rusted and dirty, the locks on the door were ok, but I had a chair propped up underneath it - for additional security. Beds were clean, but very hard and my back seized the next day. Not good for those with back injuries.. Police were there first night I stayed due to an altercation with someone on the first level. Then the 3rd night, people next door were extremely loud. They were escorted out by police and glad they were, prior to it - I had 3 different people bang on my door - thinking it was the room having the party. One was a drunken girl, then shortly after another banging on the door and two men were there! I was expecting my boyfriend - so that was scary. Better security to the rooms is needed. Overall, hotel needs upgrades, should be more selective on who they allow to stay, due to safety, health and cleanliness concerns... It should be safer for families, kids and solo travelers.More
