The place seems to full of full time residents. It smelled like pot all of the time. The units where mostly clean, but very beat up, scratched and dings in most of the walls. Almost a nice place to say. Stayed for 3 night, we made the best of it, but I wouldn't recommend it or come back again. You could find a lot better for not much more.

The place was very clean and everything worked except a couple of ceiling lights. No coffee machine or tissue paper and only 3 hangers in the closet so bring your own. No breakfast. The bed is very, very firm but I had a good night's sleep for the 3 nights I was there. no security - anybody can walk up to your car or your room at any time but there were no incident's when I was there. The AC/Heat unit worked fine - I used AC one day and heat on one night. The towels were usually good but a couple were a bit thin and one day the bathroom "rug" had a bit of a stain on it. Nice rug and tile on the floor and granite and tile in the tub surround. Good refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer. Lots of good restaurants nearby in Gardena.

I stay in this hotel because I was in the area and had to sleep. The price was more than what they advertised. I rent a room the phone wasn’t working at all there was no accessories to take a shower I had to go to the reception and ask for everything wasn’t a pleasant place to stay at all !!!

The room was very nice, clean and relatively newly renovated, unfortunately there were no funds left for soap or shampoo. Their continental breakfast is a joke, they don't place it till after 730 I was there for business had to leave at 6:30 so I left without any food to my day started. Ended up driving to a fast food joint several blocks away. The receptionist at the lobby had poor customer service skills, offered no concessions that evening before and the following morning no one was there to check me out. The lights in the restroom we're out, couldn't take a shower because of that so I turned on the phone light but there was no soap, so i used a hand soap that I had with me. I guess the customer base in the area is a certain demographics not business type.

The one thing that was true is that it was better than I thought it would be when I arrived at the hotel. When entering the room, I was surprised that the room was really nice to stay in. The design of-of the room was very modern, the design of the bed was great and was very comfortable as well for the 4 nights I was staying there (I was staying in a room with a double bed). The bathroom was just as good, also a great design and came with additional shampoo, conditioner and body wash in pumps attached to the wall. An added bonus. Although I couldn't give it a full 5 stars, the few issues that I had was that the room didn't have a kettle. But I think this would only disappoint people that like a nice tea or coffee in the morning, so that wasn't a big issue. However, there was a bit of an issue with one of the sliding doors to the wardrobe that would go off the rail most times that I used it. Lastly, the WIFI wasn't that great, it worked well at the beginning but became slower during the days went on. Overall I would still 100% recommend staying here, it's located in a decent neighbourhood across from a really nice ramen place. Public transport is quite far so I would recommend using Uber. The price was good value for money.
