My sister and I stayed in a double queen room overlooking the plaza. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. They delivered a box of truffles to our room with a lovely card, and there was a bottle of wine and assorted snacks in our room, which were all complimentary. The included breakfast was superb, with made-to-order eggs, bacon, baked goods, and fresh fruit. Unfortunately our room, although beautiful to look at, wasn't particularly comfortable. The beds and pillows were too soft and squishy, the sheets weren't very soft, and the room was very poorly insulated - we could hear every car that went by all night long. The bathroom was cavernous and cold, with sickly greenish tile, harsh fluorescent lighting, and cracked/stained grout. For the amount of money that we paid for the room, we felt that it should have been completely quiet and more comfortable than it was.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel (away from the street).

My wife and I have stayed for one night and will be back. Liked it better than it's sister hotel H2.

Nice pool, great amenities, breakfast was above average. A gal named Le in guest services was outstanding, and she helped make our stay memorable. A great base for enjoying Healdsburg where almost all is within walking distance, and a perfect springboard for the area's massive and not-to-be-missed wine region(better than Napa!).

We returned to the wine country and to Hotel Healdsburg recently, after the fires and encourage everyone to see and experience this beautiful place. The fires were indeed devastating, BUT, the wineries and vines are still there, and the people and places are waiting to give great wine and food experiences.

The Hotel Healdsburg is in the heart of one of the most beautiful towns in the area- Healdsburg. Our room was great. My favorite part was the concrete counter and semi-open shower in the spacious bathroom!

The beautifully remodeled hotel combines warmth with sophisticated modern design. A full breakfast in the morning prepared us for the day's wine tasting, and the famous Charlie Parker's Dry Creek Kitchen next door was convenient for dinner. The wine country is open for business!

We booked a last minute New Years weekend getaway here. Fantastic location in town near everything. Wonderful concierge who helped us work out an itinerary prior to our arrival and the wineries were spot on to our taste. Plus the restaurants they recommended were fantastic. The decor is somewhat contemporary, but not so minimalist that you don’t feel comfortable. You get what you pay for and although it is expensive, the amenities are top notch. The gym is small but has it all. The pool and spa area is private and spacious. Book ahead though as they are busy. The room is large, beds comfortable, bathroom large with a wonderful high spray shower, fluffy towels. Bath products not skimpy and reminiscent of a spa. All the food and beverages in the room are free. Breakfast is included and is a wonderful hot breakfast made to order. Coffee and hot cocoa and water in the lobby all day. Live Entertainment in the bar/lounge most nights that makes this a neighborhood destination to gather. All the staff are friendly, helpful and warm. We brought our 2 big dogs and there’s only a one time fee for the duration of our stay instead of a per dog per night charge, and they provided 2 large dog beds in the room. No extra charge for valet parking. I’m not kidding, I’d come back here in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to even the most discerning travelers/vacationers. My only criticism is that our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard (#224) is loud- we hear the restaurant workers and landscapers at very early hours (7am) both mornings despite earplugs. They don’t attempt to be quiet. So ask for 3rd floor or facing away from the
courtyard would be my advice.

We stayed here over Christmas and loved it. In particular, the breakfast servers had eyes in the back of their heads and were great. Oh, and the valets were sincerely sweet. One, in particular, after hearing we had wine to ship home was the first to tell us to stop by the front desk and have them ship the wine! It saved us a trip to UPS! Good breakfasts, nice bar, sweet place. And in a great location.
