I would say this is a hidden gem at Otres Beach 1. The rooms may be small to some but we were contented with it. We booked the Suite with our own private pool. The pool area is still visible from your next door neighbour so it was not as private as we thought. It comes with a Jacuzzi function as well! We enjoyed the time there and utilised the pool as much as we could. Halal food is very difficult to find around there. So we just had seafood at their restaurant for the 3 days. There are bars outside the resort near the beach - A mere 5 mins walk to the beach. Tuktuk area readily available outside the resort. To the city is about 15 - 20 mins tuktuk ride

Sihanoukville has the dirtiest beach that we had ever been. Garbage and even dead rats along the beach. This consider the worst beach trip that we had. However we felt some relief when we entered into Sahaa Beach Resort. We had a great stay for 2 nights. The room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Foods served were tasty and delicious. The resort hygiene is fantastic.

The hotel is about 1 hour from the airport (30 km). The reception looks really beautiful. We had a reserved bungalow, but on arrival it was not ready and was not free, so we got a two-room with our neighbors. This was a disappointment number 1. The room is nice but the mosquito was missing in the bathroom. Unfortunately, during the whole period of our stay, the building was on the bungalow (so from morning till night there was a terrible noise from drills, hammers and saws). disappointment number 2. For breakfast you must arrive early in the morning if you want fruit, later there is no more, no yoghurt, no coffee. Just order the extra money (I recommend the English breakfast, the france is ridiculous). Maybe in 3-4 years the hotel will be finished and it will be great, but it is not.

We loved our stay at the Sahaa Beach Resort. Great service from all staff members...they arranged for some of our day trips as well as our flight to Siem Reap. Food was great. I like the idea of the indoor/outdoor bathroom, I didn't like the practicality of it. There was a mosquito zapper installed, so that was great, but it left dead mosquitos all over the floors. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!

This Hotel lived up to all expectations. Food was great. Service excellent. The pool was ovely. Sea about 50 metres away and lovely and warm. However some may be put off by the poverty outside the Hotel.
