So good for little kids - rest and play areas provided for them in the lobby and the onsen floors so nicely thought through too with toys and change tables and cartoons and colouring. And a kids station at breakfast with a chocolate fountain! Oh breakfast is sumptuous! What a spread! We regret not coming down earlier to eat more of it! Huge selection, well presented and delicious I was impressed! There are rest areas for adults here and there as well. The gift shop in the lobby is delightful too. The hotel interior isn’t old at all, looks pretty new and spruced up. The Japanese room for 5 of us wasn’t as spacious as the others we had stayed at but it was fine - clean and well provided. Yukata was so soft and comfy. Welcome sweets with mascot demon was a nice touch and free Suntory mineral water in the fridge was nice. Futons were a little thin but there r extras in the cupboard so just put one under your futon and problem solved. It’s located at the end of the main shopping street so probably a leisurely 15 minute walk to Hell’sValley entrance.

The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious, varied and great quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit dated but spacious and comfortable. The onsen was amazing, especially the outdoor one. Great location an easy walk from hells valley. Free car park but it could do with resurfacing!

Cheapest Hotel With Good Condition In That Area! Nice Breakfast Buffet! What Can You Ask For? Unles You Willing Pay More $100 to $200 For 1 Night. The Onsen Was Good. There Is Indoor And Outdoor. Better Than The One I Had At Mt Fuji.

Location is about 10min walk to hells valley, so that's the main reason why we chose this hotel.

Hotel staff are courteous, check in and out is not a hassle. The room is considered small for 4 people but the beds can just fit in. Basic essentials are available. The onsen bathhouse is big and spacious. There's a 24hr mart nearby. Free international breakfast is provided during my stay there. If I'm really picky then the only complaint is that there is not much of a room view.
