“Fun, hands-on science!”

The kids won't even know they are learning science as they explore this small wonderland. We were visiting family near Stockton and a friend suggested we meet at the WOW Museum to hang out. We are members of a children's museum in Southern California and we were pleasantly surprised that we could also use our membership at WOW.

Although smaller than we imagined, the kids really did not run out of things to do. Bubbles, building blocks to make whiffle balls travel down a path, magnetic shapes, and Lego cars were among the favorites. High-backed arm chairs welcomed parents to sit and watch if their children didn't need them. Loved those chairs! A nice toddler section entertained the little ones with a train table and other activities.

We stayed for about 2 hours and the kids did not complain about leaving since they had their fill. They could have stayed for maybe 1 more hour if we did not have to go. My boys are ages 7, 5, and 2.
