Great food. Eating outside seems the most popular, but in or out are both comfortable. Surprisingly, outside is perfect regardless of the weather.

The food is always great. Last night tried the fried polenta which was fantastic along with the garlic shrimp. Happy hour wine is always quite good. The service is a little slow so if you want things faster you need to let your server know.

We stumbled across this outdoor place on our way home and decided to stop by for a drink.

Pretty seating area but the service was very poor. We waited at least 30 min before someone took our order. Others tables were being served their drinks but we seemed to be the forgotten one.

The snack to share we ordered never arrived, but it wasn't on the bill so at least nothing to contest.

I will say however that the woman who sat us at our table was very lovely and kind to us.

I feel as though we just came at a bad time and that dinner might have been a better experience (based on reviews below).

We stumbled upon this place when looking for a place to have dinner. The seating out the back although looked quite cute on the face of it, on looking at it properly-it really was tired looking. Three palms in pots along one wall all dead, the cushions in the booths were filthy and the décor like lights etc was all higgledy piggledy looking. We found the wine system (bottle system) to be quite confusing initially and took a bit of reading to work it out. What wine that was recommended was good. I didn't have that much to eat as none seemed to be that exciting and the cost of 'small plates' just all got too complicated when I was already tired. The other 3 people in the party had the risotto which they said was good. Service was OK . I wouldn't bother going back.

My wife and I were visiting from Sydney, Australia, and were on the hunt for a delicious antipasto platter coupled with a bottle of red wine. We came across this charming little place and were blown away by the fantastic food, atmosphere, and service. The platter was world class with an amazing selection of meats that are not available in our country. We chose a local, Californian vino which was simply superb and complimented the platter perfectly. We will definitely be returning every time we are in the area and will recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful night out in LA.
