I don't ask much of hotels, just that they be clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. Two out of three ain't bad, but I don't think the carpet in my room had ever been vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty, and most of the kitchenette appliances were rusted out. Not worth the price.

What a big disappointment..
Loud street noise.
Thin walls...had to ask neighbor to turn gown TV volume.

No air conditioning.

You could slide a pizza thru the gap under the door.

WIFI not working..manager says it has a problem..well fix it then!

Not able to lock the sliding windows...
Danger of break-in.

3 people...bath 3 towels..1 hand towel..THATS IT! Say WHATTT?

Shower-head low enuf for a 4ft 11" person.

No hair dryer.
No breakfast.
No coffee machine.

Spider webs in room..
Left-over shopping tags and counter top not even wiped down..
Carpet not vacumed.

Total charge for 3-beds..family room $136..Not worth it.

Don't believe the Internet pictures.

American standard?

San Pedro is Southside..if you're okay with that.

Walking distance from the Friendship Bell, good place to stay and park for cruises. Older units kept up as well as others in neighborhood. Staff was friendly and waited up for us, we were the last check-in.

-No late wake up calls: $25 per hour after 11am
-pubic hair in the bathtub
-bugs in the bathroom and clothes pins, etc in sleeping area
-a sheet for a blanket
-attendant was stone cold, no personality or attempt to accommodate
-phone, while plugged into wall, did not work ( thank god for cell phones)
-Tv remote does not work
-filthy carpet, afraid to walk barefoot
.......what more can I say? I've traveled all around the world, in the most desperate of situations, and this place is the worst

This is the worst hotel we have stayed at. We are not picky people but it is very evident that the owner puts not attention to fixing anything. When asked to put up a smoke alarm and turn the heater on, he rigged it to work and said here is an extra blanket if it goes off again. The room was really dirty with dust, bugs, molds and torn and stained sheets. The girl working at the desk was nice. Locks on windows didn't work and doors were very easy to break through if wanted to. We prepaid...so couldn't leave. Pictures were very deceiving. And on top of all that, we paid $85 a night....Don't stay here!!!

Room Tip: All rooms were dirty
