Hotel was very nice. Located within walking distance of the Staples center which is where I was going to watch a boxing match. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. The 1 complaint I did have the young lady (Ashley Parc...) took care of it. She’s the reason I gave it the rating of very good. Overall I had a nice time and loved the breakfast and hotel! Got a chance to hangout with a few celebrities staying there.

Always like to stay here for the location, go to check in, two people ahead of me, took 15 minutes. Even though business card on file, they asked for a PIN, which it doesn't have, asked for another card just in case and they charged the room on that one when I asked that they didn't. Sent me to my room, key didn't work. Back to the lobby, they gave me another room that wasn't cleaned, bed unmade, towels on floor, etc. Finally got it right the third time but I wasn't the only one complaining.

The elevators are awesome, room is okay. Unfortunately room service kept trying to come into our room from 8:30am onwards even though we asked her to come after we checked out. Construction could be heard from 7am. We had checked in at 12:30am with an overtired toddler and were in desperate need of sleep. It was an absolute nightmare. BUT, the hotel completely made up for it by giving us complimentary breakfast and late check out. They were also kind enough to validate our parking. So overall - they took care of us and our money didn’t feel like it went to waste. Highly appreciated.

She's still in business and offers a pleasant stay. Request a room away from the elevator or that's what you'll be looking at while in bed. Views are nice. Hotel is a bit dated mainly because of the architectural design of the building. There are quite a few restaurants and shops on site. I took advantage of the salon and had my hair done. Very pleased. They have a micro brewery on site. Hotel food was edible nothing special. Lots of nearby places to walk to. Carousel bar sliders were tasty enough. They are now Marriott owned so a good place to earn points for SPG stays. Business, convention, airline crowd here.

First they lost my ticket— whatever, no big deal, they got me my car back eventually. But my stereo system is now a complete mess! For some reason whoever drove my car put the my stereo into demo mode & it’s taking me absolutely forever to get it back to the way I had it! I’ve yet to get to get my phone to connect via Bluetooth. It’s a really nice hotel, to be fair, but c’mon. Why are you messing with my stereo?! :(
