Lovely hotel but $250 for 2 queen beds was pretty steep. Would've expected a bit more luxury with that price tag. Front desk staff was lovely. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Didn't get a chance to use the jacuzzi or gym cos of covid :/ Not really walkable to Canary Row (my mom is in her 50s) but only a 3 minute drive. More

We stayed here for just one night and had an okay experience. The front desk staff were very nice and checked us in without issue. The room was clean and nicely decorated.
Our experience at night was just okay though. The room was pretty stuffy and adjusting the thermostat didn’t help. The air blowing out of the A/C unit wasn’t very cold and didn’t do a great job of cooling the room down. We also weren’t able to open the window since the hotel is located on a busy street.
One last thing is that the walls seem pretty thin. We had some loud upstairs neighbors and you could hear every footstep and door closing.
Our first stay a few years ago was a much better experience. It’s definitely worth it to stay here if you get a decent rate and ask for a room away from the street.

The staff were very nice staff and informative. Our room with a view was the cleanest I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. centrally located to so much of the city's history.
Loud traffic noise was difficult to deal with at night.

we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Abrego! The rooms are clean, very organized, the sheets clean and smelling great, the location is very good!
When we arrived we were without internet, but they soon solved this problem!

I stayed just the one night at 'Hotel Abrego' when passing through Monterey on a business trip in March 2020.
The hotel was located in walking distance of the old waterfront and the main street with it's shops and restaurants.
I had a deluxe room with a queen bed and it cost ne £100 inc taxes and parking for the 1 night. A clean, comfortable and cost friendly hotel in the lovely Monterey.
I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to other visitors.

Stayed here with a group of 10 and it was great. Very clean, quiet, as well accommodating. No restaurant due to Covid restrictions. The pool and other communal spaces were closed. Bummer! They front desk was relocated due to the remodeling of the floors upon our arrival.
