Hidden Gem in Monterey

A Great place to stay on Monterey .. Great Staff and a very well run property .. clean comfortable rooms and a great outdoor pool/spa area. .. short walk or Ride Share to the Monterey attractions. While in never rains is Southern California .. the covered underground parking is a plus.

Best Western Plus Monterey Inn

Nice staff, clean hotel, ok area, but lack of air conditioning and ability to cool the room or move air made for an unpleasant stay. Outdoors was typical cool Monterey weather, but indoors was too hot.

Spacious room

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We would’ve preferred AC to have been available. Lots of restaurants, shops and services in walking distance. The staff were courteous and helpful. They’re in the process of doing some upgrades.

Great Customer Service; Poor Room Quality

The service was great! No air conditioning made it hard to sleep since I have allergies that make it impossible for me to leave the sliding door open all night. Also, every light switch in the bathroom has motion sensors to turn off after a certain amount of inactivity. Definitely the lowest quality BW Plus I have ever stayed at.

Highly recommendated hotel

big and clean room with 2 king beds. Worry free to stay there. No AC, but still very quiet and comfort even we opened the window door the whole nights. Free breakfast and parking. Front desk staff (Alan) is awesome. Please note that a resort fee will be applied.
