The Cedar Gables Inn is the perfect blend of romance, beauty, relaxation, and fun. The owners of this wonderful establishment are Susie and Ken. They have beautifully restored this grand old mansion into a comfortable, romantic oasis right in the heart of the Napa Valley. We stayed in The Gables Suite. The suite was beautiful, very quiet, romantic and comfortable. From our first step into the Inn we were greeted warmly by Ken as he gave us a little history of the mansion and mentioned some things we may be interested in doing later in the evening in Napa. We started the wonderful weekend with a wine tasting in the Tavern at the Inn. It is a marvelous way to begin a vacation or a weekend getaway. You get to meet the other guests and find out about their latest adventures or plans for the next day. The next morning before breakfast, Ken gave my husband and I the most extraordinary, detailed description of the wineries in the area that were suited specifically for our tastes in wine. He then mapped out a course of adventure for us, and every winery we visited was absolutely perfect for us!

I must end on a spectacular note- Susie's World Famous Breakfasts! A treat that should be on the list of things everyone must experience before they (well you know)-they are that good!! (No Kidding). The coffee is the best I have ever tasted. The perfect send off to a day of wine tasting and fun!! We can't wait to go back!!

My wife and I stayed here during our recent trip to Napa. The entire facility was wonderful and our room was magnificent and spacious. We had a wonderful time here and will absolutely make this our top spot to stay next time we return to Napa.

My husband and I recently spent the week-end at the beautiful Cedar Gables Inn. The old mansion is beautiful beyond words. It is entirely furnished with antiques, comfortable beds, lovely baths and sherry in your room as you check in. Suzie and Ken, the owner/host and hostess, are so warm and friendly that you feel very special. Suzie makes breakfasts that are unparalled and Ken is right there to help her serve and attend to everyone needs.
My husband took the cooking class with Chef Greg Cole and he had such a wonderful time.
While my husband was cooking, Ken poured me a glass of wine, then played his guitar and sang. We had great conversation and I loved the music. He is very talented.
I promise that you will not be disappointed if you spend time at Cedar Gables with Suzie and Ken.

We ejoyed our stay with Ken & Susie; they were so friendly and helpful. Plus Susie is a wonderful cook....
Our room was very romantic, and my husband had Roses & Champagne waiting for our arrival..
We really hated to leave; met some nice people who were also staying there and Ken is great on the guitar....
We can't wait to go back !!!!!!!!!!

The Cedar Gables Inn in Napa Valley is a 10,000 sq. foot home filled with leaded glass , antiques & beautiful decor. Ken & Susie, the owners, live there, so they take pride in their home. Susie is an amazing cook who provided us with delicious breakfasts! Ken spent 45 minutes with us the first afternoon showing us local maps of restaurants & wineries. He was so helpful. Our only complaints are the traffic noise from our bedroom which was at the front of the house (Dorothy's Room). My husband used earplugs and was able to sleep okay. Also, the gas burning fireplace didn't work in our room, so that was a little disappointin. Other than that, we were very pleased with this B&B. We would recommend it!
