The room was without running water for 1 hour minimum, no explanation or notice for this. I stayed in a room with 2 double beds, the room was so small one bed was pushed up against the wall and the other against the air conditioner on the other side with just enough room for a night stand in the middle. It had a dining table with no chairs and not enough room for any if they did have them. Only one empty outlet in the room located bathing the night stand. Beds were very uncomfortable and the air conditioner was dificult to operate due to a worn out thermostat knob.

Room tip: The room is in extreme need of remodeling and is only just big enough for one bed.

They would not clean the room . We had to hunt down maids to give us towels . I will never stay here again . Next tine I will just pay more. I needed to stay on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day .. because I was visiting my dad in ICU. Pay more money to someone else.. if you can . I am at a loss for words . I can't even imagine if I actually spent more time there

Room tip: Get someone to clean the rooms when a customer asks and make sure towels are available. How hard is it?

This hotel was not up to the expectations but stayed as it is closer to LA attractions. Room was small than other Inns and was priced may be due to its nearby to LA. The breakfast has limited options. Has Denny's restaurant nearby which serves 24x7.

Room tip: Ok for a night

I can see why a place like this would get bad reviews. It is a motel style facility just off the highway, but it is far enough away that it isn't overly loud. A lot of shady characters that are in this area though. Three stars because it is exactly that, AVERAGE. When I travel, especially if I'm by myself, I don't particularly care what the hotel is like because I don't spent most of my time there. It didn't smell like anything offensive, it looks like they tried to keep it clean but a few things were broken in the room. But it does look like they try to upkeep it. No issues with bed bugs or otherwise. There isn't any free WiFi though, so bring along an air card if you are so attached to internet. Otherwise, it is on the low end of prices for hotels, ESPECIALLY for the LA area. If you want to be pampered in 5-star luxury, you can find hotels for $700 a night. If you want a hotel that's just convenient, cheapest in the area and is decent, this is a good place.

Bed bugs terrible breakfast no wifi. I was only comped one night and after everything we went through we should have been comped the whole weekend. Full review is on yelp explicitly explained. This was the worst motel ever!!

Room tip: Bed bugs. I was only credited one night stay even though it was a huge inconvenience. I'm home now and am washing and drying anything that was in that room. I just made my kids stay in the garage until I got new clothes and baths for them. I should have been comped my whole stay!!!
