I would give it no stars if I could here's a list of my issues: 1st way over priced for what you get if we were charged $50.00 a night I probably couldn't complain (MUCH) but over $400.00 + tax for 2 nights WAY,WAY,WAY over priced, 2nd I killed at least 6 huge mosquito's several ants & small black moths, 3 flies and 1 large black roach or beetle not sure? 3rd the room had a really bad smell. I sprayed Lysol and Fabreeze even opened the windows it still didn't help all I can say is the pictures of this place are very misleading our room looked nothing like the pic's. I guess I expect a little more cleanliness for the price we paid, as for the free wifi you have to go outside (REALLY) all this for just $200.00 + a night what a (BARGIN). Just to compare we stayed at a Double Tree hotel in San Francisco paid about the same price and it was what a room for that price should be like.

Dear smithgena96,
We appreciate your feedback. Our rates are competitive with other inns and motels around us. Had you brought your issues to our attention, we would have been happy to address them immediately. Our rooms get sprayed with Lysol and are aired out every day during each cleaning. As for the bugs go, we would have been happy to let you use our mosquito spray. We have a pest control service that comes out once a month to help keep the bugs under control. After all, we are in the foothills.

Best Regards!

If you are looking for a quaint inn with charm this is the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean. There is a cute wine bar with a picture perfect patio. Will definitely return!

We really liked this place. Patricia checked us in and right from the start, we felt welcome and at home (ish). Everything we asked..no problem. The place is a little low key and so was Patricia. We stayed three nights and the other gal, whose name I forgot (sorry), was also accommodating. The place itself was more than satisfactory. It's about 30 mins from the park entrance and (be warned) a little hard to figure out exactly where it is.
But, once you do, it's warm and cozy. There is a little wine/beer garden and one evening there was an open mike night. Breakfast is available for free each morning and is well stocked if not fancy. Ice packs and ice are available, there is a fridge and a microwave in the room, even free wifi if you are willing to step outside..
I don't like to dispute other reviews but there were NO bugs, the staff was LOVELY and the stay was great.

Very nice little inn with a lovely wine bar. It is off the highway so there is very little noise. The room was clean and spacious. The young lady who checked us in was delightful. The wine bar was a bonus.

Spend here one night, room ok but smelly, staff really obnoxious. After a week they charged us 300$ extra for no reason. When asked they stated that we have been smoking on the room, which was not true (we are non-smokers). BE CAREFUL, THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!
Also, the staff is really rude. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

Dear tx182,
Thank you for the feedback. We are a nonsmoking inn and out of respect to our guests that expect a smoke free room, we intend to be ultra sensitive to the smell of smoke in our guest rooms. As for being charged after a week, that just happens to be the time that the credit card processed on your end.

Best Regards,
Deb Payne
