Bruce & Lori were very attentive to our needs. Every morning Lori would give us a detailed plan according to what we wanted to do that day - complete with directions, restaurant advice, etc. so we could enjoy each day to the fullest. We were at Yosemite for 3 days in August and were able to see all the iconic sites at Yosemite at a leisurely pace. Mariposa Grove was closed while we were there, but Lori sent us another place she knew so we could still see the sequoias. Had we not been staying with her, we feel like we would have missed out on that. We have traveled to many places with different combinations of accommodations, guides, and tours and we feel like this was one of the best experiences we've had. The lodging, hospitality, and guidance/itinerary planning were the best!

We stayed here after a Yosemite day and wished we stayed longer. Bruce and Lori are wonderful hosts and so helpful on tourist information. We had a Beautiful room and scenic surroundings. Our delicious breakfast was served outside overlooking the Sierras. What a treat!

As our vacation drew to a close, this mountaintop home was THE place to be. Bruce welcomed us and helped familiarize us with the home, the property, and local options for dinner. Our room and bath had everything we needed, and the shower was outstanding!
Lori provided us with a delicious breakfast consisting of omelettes, fruit, select breads, coffee and juice. We again enjoyed mountain views.
Soon we were off to the Fresno International Airport, an easy 1 hour drive away.
We definitely need to return to explore Oakhurst.
Lori wrote a book about the town, which entertained us on the long flight back East.

We spent two nights at Lori and Bruce's lovely three bedroom B&B. We would have stayed longer if they had not been fully booked!
The three bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the hosts occupying the top floor where breakfast is also served. As the property is up a steep track, the views are spectacular.
The rooms are cozy and comfortable. We stayed in the Dog Patch and I had a sneak peek at the Suite. Both rooms were really nice.
Bruce and Lori are extremely welcoming and treat you like their guests. Their breakfasts are tasty and freshly prepared. They were especially helpful providing local information, up to date snow reports and giving us advice on local eateries etc.
All in all. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending Lori and Bruce's cosy B&B.

Room Tip: All rooms are on ground floor and perfectly nice.
