If you are ready for a change, be sure to try the "Wrench and Rodent Seabasstropub"...a small restaurant adjacent to the Whet Noodle and share a common kitchen.
OK, enough of the background information...the food was "out-of-bounds" to paraphrase a well known TV personality. From the scrumptious sashimi, to numerous types of seafood nigiri to the unusually creative 'rolls' filled and/or covered with combinations of seafood...remarkable and delicious.
The anchovy nigiri was without peer (and local), the baked scallops had a tasteful sweet and sour dressing that enhanced the flavor making them among my favorite and the "Chronic" and "Del Mar" rolls were pounced on by everyone.
Take a walk on the wild side and try the Wrench and Rodent Seabasstropub...
